Pay Scale:
Post1-4: Rs.35,000/- per Month
Post 5: Rs.25,000/- per Month

Eligibility:
Age:
Post1-4: 40 years as on 29/04/2011
Post 5: Around 45 years

Qualification:
BIOCHEMIST: M.Sc. (Agri.)/M.Sc. in Biochemistry/M.Sc. (Botany), Ph.D., 5 years’ Research Experience in the specialized field/subject in tea flavor chemistry
AGRONOMIST/SOIL SCIENTIST: M.Sc. (Agri.)/M.Sc. in Agronomy/M.Sc. in Soil Science, Ph.D., 5 years’ Research Experience in the specialized field/subject in tea or in plantation crops after obtaining Ph.D. degree.
PLANT BREEDER/BIOTECHNOLOGIST: M.Sc. (Agri.)/M.Sc. in Plant Breeding/ M.Sc. in Biotechnology/M.Sc. (Botany), Ph.D., 5 years’ Research Experience in the specialized field/subject in tea breeding
PLANT PROTECTION SPECIALIST: M.Sc. (Agri.)/M.Sc. in Plant Pathology/ M.Sc. in Entomology/ M.Sc. (Botany), Ph.D., 5 years’ Research Experience in the specialized field/subject in tea diseases and pest control or in plantation crops diseases and pests.
RESEARCH OFFICER: M.Sc. (1st Class) in Life Sciences / Agriculture with working experiences in research projects.
