Vacancies: Specialist Management Executives in SMGS IV - 3 posts (Gen)
                   Specialist Management Officer in MMGS III - 5 posts (Gen-4, OBC-1)

Pay Scale: Scales of Pay in SMGS IV - Rs.30600
                  Scales of Pay in MMGS III - Rs.25700

Eligibility:
Age: Scale-IV: 25-35 years
         Scale-III: 25-35 years
Education: Post graduate Degree/ Diploma  in Business Administration - Human Resource
                   The MBA course should be of a  minimum 2 years  full time duration
Experience: Scale-IV: min. 5 years exp. in a Bank in the area of HR.
                     Scale-III: min. 3 years exp. in a bank in the area of HR.
